Font files travel with the document — for PPTX, PDF and DOCX. Folio embeds a font only when its licence allows it.

PDF and DOCX can keep each frame’s own size or bring everything to one format. Sizes in px, mm or in; scale and position — shared or per frame.
Pricing
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Robokassa, a payment provider based in Russia: your card is charged the equivalent in Russian rubles, and your bank may add a currency conversion fee. If you buy from inside Folio, the licence turns on by itself.
Delivery and refunds
How you get Folio
It is a digital product: there is nothing to ship and no delivery fee. Access starts right after payment.
If you buy inside the Folio plugin, the full version turns on there by itself within a few minutes.
The page after payment shows an 8-character activation code, available for 72 hours. If you bought on the website, enter it in Folio under “Activate”.
Refunds
Within 14 days of payment, no reason needed.
Email us at the address in the site footer with your order number. We refund the full amount to the original payment method within 10 days; when it reaches your account depends on your bank.

How do I turn the licence on after paying?

Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of payment, no reasons needed.
Does the subscription renew by itself?
No. You pay once — for 30 days, a year or for good. A new period paid in advance is added to the days you still have — none are lost.
Does it work offline?
Import and export run on your computer, files are never uploaded. The licence is checked online; if the server can’t be reached, Folio keeps working for up to 24 hours.
What data do you keep?
Only an encrypted code of your Figma account and the licence details. Your email and card details stay with the payment service — we never receive them.
How do I get a receipt?
The payment service sends a receipt to the email you enter when paying.
